Hello, wanted to know if Nvidia Tesla K60 or Quadro K6000 can work on HP Z8 G4 Workstation. Else can you suggest a better graphics card.
Applications: Matlab and Excel for Financial modeling and simulation. Requires lots of processing power

Z640 BIOS Downgrade from Ver2.47 to Ver2.45

We are using the Z640 with RedHat 7.4 now, the current BIOS version is 2.47, due to some reason, I need to downgrade the BIOS version back to 2.45, could anyone know how to do that in simple, thanks.

z820 workstation - disable LSI SAS controller on system board.
I have a z820 workstation that has outlived its life as a CAD workstation but will make a great FreeNAS server for backups. FreeNAS works best with LSI controllers with IT firmware vs IR firmware which is what is currently installed as part of the HP default. I am pretty sure I can cross flash the on board controller to IT mode firmware but I don't want to do that for a variety of reasons. I have obtained an LSI SAS9211-i8i card and have successfully cross flashed its firmware to IT mode.
The issue is the on board controller and the PCI-E card seem to be in conflict. I want to disable the on board controller but cannot seem to figure out how. Any help would be appreciated.

526-liquid cooling pump not detected
This problem occurred when I was booting my PC and a warning came up with the following, "526- CPU liquid cooling pump not detected"
I have opened the case and I don't have liquid cooling pipes. I just have 2 AC units in-between two fans, my PC has been running slower ever since and I have come to the HP community for help. Thanks!

Boot Samsung Evo 970 NVMe natively from BIOS
Hello yet again , guys !
Got a new refurbished Z820 and I was curious if I can actually make the BIOS recognize the NVMe and boot from it as a UEFI source.
Tried this and that , attempted modding a BIOS image for 03.94 , but no luck.
If HP has added that Z Turbo Drive will be available with the 03.92 BIOS release not long ago , why doesn`t the system have this storage device defined as a bootable disk anywhere in the BIOS.
SATA mode is set to AHCI , tried with AHCI+RAID and currently I`m in a rather looney mix between UEFI and Legacy (some sort of CSM compatibility).
If there is support for the Z TurboDrive , why can`t it be implemented with a DXE entry into the BIOS , so that I could boot directly from there ?
I am 100% sure this motherboard is fully compatible with NVMe and I`ll be greatly surprised if this support is only on OS level.

WOL Settings for Pro Desk 600 G1
Hi Community,
I try to activate the wake on lan settings on our Pro Desk 600 G1. Yet I can't see it in the BIOS.
The WOL Seem to work for about 20 seconds after shut down. After that it doesn't do anything.
Does anyone has an Idea where I can change those settings in BIOS?

HP Thin client t730 dual monitor
I have two full hd (HP VH27) monitors connected to HP Thin Client t730 over a display port. It shows the same screen on both (i see mouse at the same time on both). i've setup primary display, secondary display to extend to the right of primary, but it still shows same desktops, like mirror. I need this two monitors to act as one with 3840x1080 resolution, then to use rdp to connect to windows 10 host on which software is running. I need to see this software in 3840x1080.
Now, when i connect with rdp I get two same desktops on full hd.
can anybody help?

HP Compaq 8000 SFF - How to tell if my MB has a TPM Chip
Issue: If I try and activate Bitlocker on a HP Compaq 8000 SFF, I get the following message:
"A compatible Trusted Platform Module (TPM) Security Device must be present on this computer, but a TPM was not found. Please contact your system administrator to enable Bitlocker"
1. I've looked in the Bios under security, but unable to locate to enable it.
2. CMD \ run TPM.MSC > TPM Computer Management on Local computer states "Compatible Trusted Platform Module (TPM) cannot be found on this computer. Verify that this computer has a 1.2 TPM and is turned on in the BIOS.
Is there a utility that i can use that will identify the motherboard components or at least identify if the TPM Chip is fitted, Would HP be able to identify from motherboard versions!!
Could do with some assistance on the How to find....I've downloaded WinAudit.

HP software Field upgrade to Win 10 on T620 thin client
TROUBLE UPGRADING THIN CLIENTS
We are not able to upgrade the thin client using the software downloaded as instructed below. I was able to retrieve the downloaded file, and the separate License Entitlement Certificate. There was no documentation I was able to download to explain the install process.
I substituted the downloaded upgrade file in place of the Web download file on my Thin Update flash drive. The Thin client boots to where the new upgrade file is detected and install option is offered. When I respond yes, I receive the following on the screen:
“**** ERROR *** The System does not have license for this OS!”
I spoke with HP Tech Support (end of this email) to open a new case # 5034088852. They do not know what the issue is. They said the license should be embedded in the download package so it loads with no issues. Anybody else able to upgrade? Getting desperate here after many days of trying. Thankee to all who can help!

HP performance Advisor crashes workstation
I have Z440 and have the latest Bios update 2.48 and have 1903 Win 10 version, latest as well. I haven't used Performance Advisor for about 2 or 3 months, but the last time it did work properly. Today, I tried running Performance Advisor, it took the update and right when it was "Interrogating something", PC crashed. It is the first time that my Workstation crashed.
One thing I did, is that yesterday I purchased and installed HP Intel 8260 Wireless/Bluetooth PCI card and also installed latest drivers from HP. No other issues except with HP Perf Advisor

Where can I find the LSI SAS2038 Firmware versions 19.00 and 20.00 for the HP z820 workstation
Hello Community,
I am looking for the HP version of the SAS2308-IR 19.00.00 and 20.00.00 firmware update for the HP Z820 Workstation embedded SAS2038 I/O controller. I am currently on version 18.00.00 and it is a bit buggy. Can anyone provide me a current download link or is this something that I need to contact HP support or order some sort of software kit. I have been in-touch with Broadcom and they caution against using the firmware on their site as this is an OEM controller and their software would in most cases brick the controller or cause other expected issues with the workstation.

Installing new memory
The system comes with 4 gb ram and i have 2 old ddr3 rams 2gb each i want to use them but the system doesn't read them probably due to low frequency can i make the system recognize these rams ?
Ram that came into pc are PC3-12800 (800MHz)
my old rams are PC3-10700 (667MHz)
both are 1.5v rams
