I set up a new t620 thin client using the window 8 OS that it ships with. When using the thin state tool to capture the image to a flash drive I get the following error. ***ERROR*** There is no active partition on disk 0! I tried 5 different flash drives and had the same result. I was told by HP support that this was a corrupt drive on the thin client and to ship it back to them. Still waiting for return. So I took out another new t620 from the box and started rebuilding and testing a new image. Out of the box I was able to capture the image. Even when I completed configuring the apps and updates we needed I successfully captured an image. However, When I tried to make another copy to have as a back up I received the same dreaded error ***ERROR*** There is no active partition on disk 0! So if I need to make any changes I will not be able to capture that image to deploy. Tried several flash drives again with same result. I need this to be resolved as I have wasted too much time building images that can't be captured. I believe there is a critical flaw with this model and HP has been unable to provide me with any solution. At this point start over on another t620 is not an option.
