Internal screen brightness - slider is missing under WIN 10 Pro at an Elitebook 8770w

Hello HP Business Community,

I've 3 problems with my HP Elitebook 8770w Mobile Workstation
(German Edition - with AMD Graphics Controler capable of 5 monitors setup)

As Intro: I bought this machine used but checked this spring and equipped it with new 2 x 2TB SSD to up the performance.

Naturally, I needed to install the operating system and all drivers and software packages new.

So the installation  is with the newest BIOS Update, the newest WIN 10 Pro release, and the newest software packages as published by HP on the support webpages. - checked for changes by HP Update again yesterday -

1. Problem:

I can't find any brightness control for the internal monitor anymore. It's neither:

- in the WIN 10 Control Panel (neither in the WIN 10 style menu/windows nor in the old Win 7 style menu7windows)

- nor accessible by the FN-F9/F10 buttons on the notebook itself

- nor accessible through the AMD FirePro Control Center

2. Problem:

Once I put the notebook into Energy Safe mode, and wake it up again, the internal screen sometimes comes up at the lowest brightness level (virtually unreadable, except in a dark room / at night), and sometimes it comes back normal.

As I can't turn up the brightness (see above) I then have to reboot the machine. As I do work on 5 screens, the rebooting is a huge bother as all the set-up work on having subject related documents open on the various screens for the work is lost by a reboot. The effect of the low brightness wake up is totally random.

3. Problem:

The current WIN 10 Pro installation has totally removed the "sleep mode" (Ruhezustand) option. As I'm oftne on the road without power supply everywhere, that means I loose every "work setup" whenever I activate the "energy save" shutdown. Is there any way to reactivate the sleep mode - eventhough MS in their rather limited wisdom = also called rapidly growing stupid ineptitude - have removed this functionality from the WIN 10 Pro Control Center optional settings?

Best Regards, hoping for good answers from people with more understand than mine.
