When trying to update the HP Write Manager Software using a Windows 10 IoT Enterprise installation image for the HP t630 from version 1.0.17.0 (preinstalled) to latest available version 01.05.007 msi setup fails with error 1603.

I did disable the write filter before starting installation. I cannot uninstall the old HP Write Manager version because the thin client will not boot any more afterwards.
Does anyone have the same issue? I'm trying to update the version because the changelog lists interesting new features.
