I'm trying to check the warranty on a z27i monitor and the "normal" and "enterprise" warranty check sites both keep rejecting my serial number as invalid. They ask me to enter a product number as well and if I do that it still does not work.
I've been hunting around for the appropriate way to contact HP. I REALLY hate this separation between consumer and business products. After checking multiple places I can't find anywhere that lets me contact HP without a serial number - which is my problem!
Can anyone from HP help please??? I don't want to post my serial number here.
