My friend is using a bit of a custom build using the motherboard from the HP xw4600 441449-001. Unfortunately his hard drive died recently and now he is looking to upgrade to an SSD. I am wondering if he could get something like this so the SSD would be able to run at full sata 3 speeds. Currently we are in different states so I am unable to check the bios to see if that is an option. Regardless help is appreciated.
