z820 Bios upgrade in DOS?

Im trying to install Windows 10 on an HP Z820.

I only have the win pro 10 64-bit DVD builder OEM disc new from amazon.

I cant seem to get the system to boot from the DVD drive so I can install the OS.

My Bios is J63 v01.14

ME firmware version 7.1.21.1134

I think I need to update my Bios, but I don't know how to do this without having an OS already on the machine.

Iv downloaded Bios 8.1.65.1586 WS Rev.A onto the macbook pro im using to write this, but im unsure how to make a bootable thumb drive.

I also noticed there are many other new chipset drivers but Im also unsure about what they are and how to update them on a system with no OS.

Please help.
