Hello everyone,
I upgraded my OS from windows 7 pro to windows 10 pro by digital key 2 weeks ago. Everything seem to be fine.
Now I have 2 issues with boot process.
1) When i shutdown then start my PC, it's boot normally and fast (only 10s to show windows login). But when i choose restart, it's take a long time to reboot ( about 4,5 minutes to complete and show windows login). i have tested with SSD and HDD already and still the same issue.
Everything work fine with older model ( HP7800 SFF, HP8000 SFF, HP8100 SFF), and new model (HP800G1 SFF)
2) Sometime when i start PC, both the POST process doesn't work. I waited for 1,2 minutes, then power FAN and cpu FAN blew very strong, and noisy. HP Support team told me the issue is my mainboard, it's was broken.
i try this way and it's work:
_ unplug power cable and remove RAM .
_ plug power cable and start PC, BIOS will have the beep sound and red light will blink to anount mainboard don't have RAM for boot process.
_ shutdown PC and attach RAM > start normally.
Could you please share any solution for my issue ?
Thank you very much.
