HP T420 ThinPro 5.2 Capture Image Problem

Attempting to capture an image of my HP T420 Thin Client (running ThinPro 5.2) but it is failing with error:

cp: write error : No space left on device

Using HP Device Manager 4.7.3610.25239

Any idea how to fix this?   All I want to do is capture the image so we can deploy it to other thin clients ...
