Is anyone using Velocity in their Thin Client RDP environments?
I have tried it a couple of time and I had to pull the plug both times because people were complaining about the poor performance on their Thin Clients. With Velocity enabled, I would see the screen "paint" when moving from task to task. As soon as I disable Velocity, things go back to normal.
I've read the limited information that I can find on the HP site about Velocity and am now wondering where to go. I was hoping that by using Velocity, my end users would have a better experience using Thin Clients at my remote sites. I have a 100 mbps circuit here, which is lightly used and up to 20 mbps service at my remote locations.
Thanks.
