We have some HP T520 that connect to a XenDesktop 7.8 using the Citrix receiver setup with Smart Services. We are having an issue where a user would connect to another Thin Client that already has a Citrix session open and lock up the termi al that the session was pulled from. For example if i have a sitrix session runnnig on the T520 and i login to my laptop and launch another Citrix session, the session is pulled from the thin client to my laptop but the T520 is now frozen on the screen it was on before i logged into my laptop. The only way to get the T520 back again is to reboot. Its like it doesnt know the session has ended on it?? Is there any settings i can change to stop this behaviour?
