Unrelated to my other HPDM post, at the client where I have HDPM "working" I am having issues using it to do the one thing I needed it to do - Shadow.
Task log:
2016-01-28 13:59:40 Successfully sent task to the Device Management Gateway 2016-01-28 14:00:02 Task has been retrieved by the Agent. 2016-01-28 14:00:04 Failed to execute vnc task. 2016-01-28 14:00:04 ErrorCode: 14004112, Error Detail: Set VNC password failure. 2016-01-28 14:00:04 Failed to execute common task. 2016-01-28 14:00:04 ErrorCode: 14004112, Error Detail: Set VNC password failure.
I didn't set a vnc password, so i decided to set a password and try again. I get the same result. If i go and manually use a VNC viewer to attempt to log onto the thin client, it says "VNC authentication failed"
I figured maybe I should update the firmware on the unit, and well what do you know that doesnt work either:

The thing about it is, I never even configured it to use FTP, so why is it attempting to use FTP? The SMB tested fine, the directory is accessible on the network by everyone, etc. This is getting frustrating because I have spent basically all day installing and configuring HPDM across 3 networks and so far I have met very little success. I can Shadow my newer thin clients - HP t520 machines - but I still have a good dozen HP t5xxx series and these seem to be giving me great trouble.
