My Z 840 run very slowly with ubuntu 18.04

i recently bought a new Z 840 but the performance is very low. I intended to make computational calculation

My PC specs are :

Dual Intel Xeon 2650 (v3) @2.3Ghz
128 gigs of DDR4 Ram
Quadro M5000
1 TB of hdd
