After flashing the bios from windows environment the computers stalls during bios boot.
Old bios version : M60 v01.16
New bios version : M2.47 Rev.A
After sereval reboots I get only a black sreen....
Then try to flash the bios with USB (replaced the Boot Block Recovery jumper).
Getting the 8 beeps (one time) and usb is flashing for about 20-30 sec then stopped and get the 8 beeps cycles again wich won't stop anymore. Checked the procedure several times, and followed exactly the steps. Having only one memory and proccesor on the board with everything else disconnected didn't work either.
Also tried different USB formats and ports, different bios versions but the oldest version I can download is 2.32 Rev.A.
So I can't go back to the original installed bios M60 v01.16. Anyone perhaps have een old version ? I cannot believe I should replace the whole mainboard for a corrupt bios. Any other suggestions are welkom too.
