Hy there, I'm using hp compaq 8000 elite and I'm unable to turn it on after a force shutdown. When I connect the power cable an orange light flashing then a green light flashing but fans and hdd led are not working. And tried all the methods like reset cmos! Importantly sometimes I'm hearing a different sound from motherboard under the hard drive. And an IC is heating! Please help me anyone...
