Hi Guys,

I am new to using HP Device manager and I want to be able to capture an image then deploy it to other Thin-clients as we will be deploying a number of them.

I have setup The HP Device Manager on a 2012r2 box and configured both FTP and File Share repositories, both pass the test.

I can re-boot the Thin-Client and Shaddow it and even push config to it such as the Date and time settings ect.

But I cannot get it to image or even update the agent from Device manager.

This is my log for trying to capture the thin-clients image.

The Thin-Client is a T630 running Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB

Agent Version is - 4.7.3669.27086

HP Device Manager Version is - 4.7.3610.23043
