How to obtain a copy of Windows 10 for a HP T630 Thin Client with lost passwd and no recovery media

How to obtain a copy of Windows 10 for a HP T630 Thin Client with lost passwd and no recovery media. 

Thin update won't work since I can't get into the Client.

I do have a hp T5740 with internet access
