I have a Z420 that needs a front fan assembly and doesn't have one.
It's pretty hard to find a reasonably priced used front fan assembly on the used market for some reason. Does anyone know if the front fan assembly from a Z620 or Z820, or from a Z440 (or any other model) is the same?
