Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Version: 17763.316
This unit's ethernet connection is somehow software capped at 10 Mbps. Viewing the configuration at Settings/Network and Internet/Change Adapter Options/[right-click]Ethernet/Status/ - in the "General" tab @ "Speed" the adapter is set at 10 Mbps.
I've installed HP Support Assistant and went through installing the drivers it recommended one at a time. The first driver was a chipset driver - this fixed the problem immediately, but after a reboot the problem returned. The next driver I installed using HPSA was the Realtek Ethernet driver. This fixed the problem until the last Windows update (Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809) was installed.
The latest BIOS is installed. The latest chipset/ethernet drivers are installed. I'm wonderning about any editable registry entries?
Any further assistance is appreciated.
