I’m not sure how to connect it to my monitor and I’m not sure how to turn it on without a power cord

Hello, I bought a HP z400 Workstation and I bought it from someone but it didn’t come with the cords like the powers cord and hdmi I think. I just need to know the powers cord of it and how to connect it to a monitor
