Hi, as above. I require a BIOS password reset for my HP EliteDesk 705 G3 Mini. I have tried removing the motherboard battery but this didn't work. Also have pressed the CMOS reset switch on the motherboard but that didn't work either. I am unable to even access the system information as it keeps asking for the password. PC is still under warranty but I cannot get to open a support case. It just keeps going round in a loop and saying that I am not logged in and have to log in to open a case. ie: I log in, select my device, select open a case and then it says I am not logged in. So I log in and repeat the process. It's getting a bit frustrating. Why can't they just give you a number to cal GRrrrr :) Please help before my HP gets thrown acrss the room hehe. Thanks in advance.
