Hello,
I have a problem with HP performance advisor application. Application wont open and when opening i get a message (System.DllNotFoundException). Application is unable to load Advisor.Utils.dll. I had installed new version of .NET framework 4.7.2. There is no issues in device manager. sfc /scannow did not find any integrity violations. All drivers is up to date.
