While I've gotten it to work with the supplied HP keyboard and with just about any mouse, I'm having no luck getting my wireless keyboard and mouse (Logitech MK270 - that's an M185 mouse and K270 keyboard sharing the same USB receiver) to wake the machine from sleep.
It also doesn't work with a different corded keyboard (Coolermaster Masterkeys Pro), but as I said, other corded mice work.
While HP support is gamely trying to help me figure out what could be the issue, we've gotten to the 'wipe the OS' or 'assume the keyboard and mouse are missing a feature' stage of the game.
I'd rather figure out whether or not what keyboard and mouse feature is necessary to make this happen as opposed to wiping the OS.
Does anybody know what is required of a keyboard / mouse / wireless receiver feature-wise to allow it to wake an HP workstation (Z2 Mini G3) from *shutdown* (not sleep)?
Support is saying it's 'wake on movement' but all the results when you search that deal with sleep, not shutdown.
Little help?
Thanks!
