I created a bootable USB for windows 7 professional 32bit, and booted with it to do a clean installation.
At the time of booting, only one normal hard disk (which was originaly included within this workstation) was connected through SATA interface.
Also, in Security Boot Configuration in BIOS, Legacy support was enabled and secure boot was disabled.
I also upgraded my BIOS to latest version (1.71 Rev.A) before doing this installation.
After I entered the setup, I found out that it does not detect my USB keyboard and mouse, and was forced to attach a PS2 mouse and keyboard to be able to proceed with the installation.
After solving the issue with mouse and keyboard, I was asked for selecting the driver to be installed. Then I downloaded the 32bit windows 7 drivers for this workstation and placed it on the 2nd partition of the same disk, so that I can point the installer to these drivers during the installation. I did accordingly (browsed for all different drivers for chipset, intel active management technology, intel rapid storage technology, USB3 host controller, etc followed by pressing Next), and the installer came up with the following error message:
"No new devices could be found. Make sure the driver files are correct and located on the driver installation media."
Can you provide me with some hints which enables me run a smooth installation of windows 7 32bit on this workstation?
Thanks in advance.
