HP Z230 dead after enabling TPM

After Windows 10 Spring 2018 Update, I obtained a notification that TPM (Trusted Platform Module) firmware should also be updated on my HP Z230 workstation. Thus, I downloaded and unpacked the HP TPM update application. But, when I started it, I obtained a message that the update was not possible since TPM was not yet enabled in Windows. After some browsing, I found that this should be done via Microsoft TPM console (tpm.msc). There, I selected "Prepare TPM" and agreed to restarting. Afterward, the computer was restarted but with a black screen and dead keyboard - without even possibility to access BIOS via F10. I tried by replacing my USB keyboard with PS2, but without success. Any clue?
