Dual NVidia GP100 GPUs in Z840?

Hi All,

I'm in the market for a host machine to run GPU rendering via a pair of NVidia GP100 cards that I already have.  A local reseller I often get workstations from offers some great HP Z840 refurbs that won't break the bank.  What I'm a little wary of is if this machine and PSU would be able to handle two GP100s running (non-SLI) heavy GPU compute tasks for hours on end.  I've read other threads here of people having issues with the 1124w PSU handling dual gtx 1080 it cards even.  Here are the specs of the machine I plan to buy...

HP Z840 workstation

1124w psu

Dual Xeon E5-2696 v3

128gb of memory

1tb SSD drive

2x NVidia GP100

Eventually I'd love to also add a low profile Quadro card and set the GP100s up in NVLink mode for pooled 32gb of vram.  The Quadro P620 has been recoomeneded for this use.  Thanks in advance for any advice!
