Apologies in advance for posting a non-technical question in this technical support forum, but a more appropriate option was not available to be selected, and I am at my wit's end with respect to trying to get a resolution to this issue. I have contacted 2 Customer Support but to no avail.
I am unable to access to Business Support to Create new case. I need to use this to track my created case.
When I try to Login, I get a message 'Email ID not registered in the portal' but the fact is i have already registered.
Is there anyone from HP who may happen to be monitoring these forums who might be able to reply to or private message me and put me in contact with the appropriate team within HP to get this issue straightened out?
