Failure 5615: False, boot drive was not found, required? Windows 7

I am facing issue to build new desk HP Elitedesk 800G3. i have tried many solutions, ie convert an MBR disk into a GPT disk, clean the disk via DISKPART.  Any idea please on that issue will be much appreciate
