Default IP HP Proliant Microserver

Good morning

I have a Hp Proliant microserver that does not launch image for the monitor..but the network card is good!
Can you tell me what the Default IP is or how to solve it !?
the cooler rotates, but the disks do not boot, not does it boot.

Please Help.
