Unable to Create MyHPSupport Company Account

Apologies in advance for posting a non-technical question in this technical support forum, but a more appropriate option was not available to be selected, and I am at my wit's end with respect to trying to get a resolution to this issue.

 

I am unable to create a company account to create and manage support cases with MyHPSupport.  I requested a company account, but never received the invitation email with the additional steps needed to actually activate the account.  I have tried repeating this step with several different email addresses, but have never received the inviation for any of them.

 

I have attempted three times to send email to the link provided for assistance with MyHPSupport, and have not received a reply to any of those messages.  No other means of contact seems to be provided for getting assistance with MyHPSupport.

 

Is there anyone from HP who may happen to be monitoring these forums who might be able to reply to or private message me and put me in contact with the appropriate team within HP to get this issue straightened out?
