Bios update

Hi,

Sorry this is a query about an old machine.

I have managed to update the bios to 2.10 but apparently it can be upgrade to 4.00 A

However you download the pack it has a CVA file. A password set file and a file called reset.

Now I am probably being an idiot but how do you update using these files. I'm confused and am obviously missing something or some package...

Any help appreciated...
