Payment authorisation?????????????

Hi this is my third order i have tried to place with HP. Non of them have ever processed. They always seem to take the money from my bank and end up waiting 2 weeks+ and i have to cancel my order because it doesnt even get to the process state it just stays at payment authorisation. Can you tell me why this happens????? I placed my third order attempt on 17th of Jan and it states on your website 48 hours delivery time. Still no progress with my order? why am i having this issue. I wouldnt mind but my orders have been over 1000.00GBP and its taking the piss. I have been on the phone to your company every day pretty much for the past two months nearly trying to sort previous orders out and nobody has a clue!! Im pissed off as nobody seems to give a **bleep** and the service has been shocking ive just been told 'oh it will process soon'. I just want to know why my orders are not processing. I have the money and its actually leaving my account and then im having to wait for a refund then well over a week later once i have waiting a while after having to cancel my orders. I have just gone through all of my emails an saw at the bottom of one of them it states to make sure your billing address is the same as on the card? But i have realised mine isnt i have put my new address on it?? could this be the reason for not processing and if so can this be fixed???????
