Hello guys.
Our lab has a HP Z840 Base Model Workstation with two quadro gpu in it. The purpose of the workstation is to train models for image processing applications. We would like to change them with two new GTX 1080 Ti however we are not sure that this is possible. From my experience quadro needs one 6 pin cable, however GTX 1080Ti needs a 6pin and an 8pin cable. Do you think it is possible to change the two gpu inside the workstation in respect to power and cables needs?
