HP Z820 samsung 960 evo boot support

Hi,

I am new to the forum and actively seeking help to get the samsung 960 evo boot on my HP Z820. I read a couple of threads and all points to either hacking the BIOS or use 950pro or AHCI SSD. Has anyone able to get the 960 EVO to boot? are there any working BIOS available who can share it?
