Disable user ability to change Post Power-On Password

Hello,

We recently ordered a few of the new HP EliteDesk 800 G3 Tower PCs and noticed that when we set the Post Power-On passwords for users there is an option for them to change the password using the current Post Power-On Password. Can we disable this feature or change it so that only an Administrator password can be used to change the Post Power-On Password? We do not want users to have the ability to create their own passwords for the Post Power-On Password.
