external hard drive and usb 3.0 problems

Hi everybody !

My external hard drive is usb 3.0 powered by 1 cable. The device work perfectly on my surface but I can't connect it on my Z620 Desktop. All USB 3.0 front and back doesnt work... or it does randomlly

The hard drive used to work on only 1 port and not the others. Now it's not working at all. Still good on the surface although.

Explorer.exe crash when the drive is on, Disk management also doesn't work well and Command Prompt Diskpart also.

I'm 100% sur it's not the device, It has to be the Z620 Desktop.

When I compare the hard drive on the surface and on the desktop, it doesnt show the same setting.

For example with Diskpart :

On the Surface, Attributes are all "No " and on the Desktop it's on "Read-only Yes"

With Disk management :

On the Surface it's alright and on the Desktop it's unallocated or sometime it's GPT and I can't change anything.

Furthermore, my USB 3.0 CF/SD card reader doesn't work. It's used to but now I can only use it with USB 2.
Any other device on all USB Port are ok ( Keyboard, mouse, webcam , usb stick etc... )

I've check the Device Manager, uninstall and re-install driver. It didn't change anything.

I though about power problems on the USB 3.0 ports however my CF/SD card reader is also not working on USB 3.0

Thank you for any information about it and I wish you a cool and nice Day
