Yesterday, my laptop died.
When I am using it for surfing Internet, the screen turned off suddenly, the backlitght of keyboard and the power light blinked several times and then the laptop died.
I searched on the Internet how to troubleshoot the laptop in this situation, tried to hard reset as well as checked the charge unit, but no luck.
I called for HP Business support number, as well as HP Elite service number, and spent about 1 hour for each call to wait next technician but could not get anyone answear the call.
I also tried to chat to an online support agent, but after wasting a whole last night and this morning, I could not get in touch with anyone.
I submited a case last night and this morning, the case was closed with no reason.
Good job, HP. I spent about $3000 for this laptop and it died after 11 months and I got a fantastic customer service.
Could anyone help me now?
