LSI 9260-8i and Z800

I have two SSDs I want to use as my C volume and for the OS.
I also have two 6gb, 2 TB drives today connected to the Intel Raid as one mirrored volume.

To get 6gb I need a 6gb controller and have been looking at LSI 9212 and 9260.
I want to be able to turn off cache for the SSDs. Would you recommend a 9260 and if so have anyone used an adapter from IBM or DELL and have there been any issues?
