"Request Content Error" message when going into HPDM Repository Management

This error comes up whenever I click the Tools->Repository Management->Content button. All of the left sidebar options (easy tools configuration, easy tools settings, etc) that you see behind this error message show up as just completely blank/empty when I hit okay here.

My theory: it looks like the paths are strange. C:\inetpub\ftproot\/repository" is mentioned several times. That must be a typo somewhere right? There shouldn't be a path with a back and a forward slash in it, should there?

Can someone help me figure out where this is? I inherited the HPDM admin duties from someone else and was never formally trained on this stuff, so I apologize for having a lot of newb questions in advance.
